Key Responsibilities Reception & Front Desk Management
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests professionally.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
Administrative Support
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
- Prepare reports, memos, and basic presentations.
- Provide support to HR, Sales, and Operations teams as required.
Office Coordination
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure the reception area and office environment are clean and well-organized.
- Liaise with service providers for maintenance and other office needs.
Customer Service
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.
- Handle basic customer complaints or refer them to the appropriate department.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or OND/HND in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
