Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Lagos. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls, maintaining communication with team members, and assisting with executive administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Clerical Skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus High school diploma or equivalent
