Role Summary:
Lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives across off-trade channels to drive brand visibility, consumer engagement, and sales growth for premium alcoholic beverage brands.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement off-trade marketing plans aligned with brand strategy and commercial goals.
• Manage promotional campaigns, in-store activations, and merchandising to enhance product visibility.
• Collaborate with sales, brand, and customer marketing teams to optimize execution across key accounts.
• Analyze market trends, shopper behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with retail partners and distributors to ensure flawless execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and ROI, adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of trade marketing experience in the alcoholic beverage industry, with a focus on premium brands.
• Strong understanding of off-trade dynamics, shopper insights, and retail execution.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
