Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:
- Create and implement integrated marketing plans for FMCG products aligned with business objectives.
- Drive brand equity by ensuring consistent messaging, positioning, and visual identity across all channels.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and oversee 360° marketing campaigns including digital, ATL (TV, radio, print), BTL (activations, promotions), and trade marketing.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product development and existing product enhancements.
- Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and optimize spending for maximum efficiency.
- Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain to ensure alignment and execution.
- Coordinate with creative, media, and digital agencies to deliver impactful campaigns on time and within budget.
- Lead digital initiatives including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media engagement. Track, report, and optimize KPIs to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in FMCG.
- Proven track record in managing brand portfolios and successful product launches.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools, data analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
