We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing & Social Media Lead to take ownership of both the brand’s overall marketing strategy and day-to-day social media management. You will play a key role in growing brand visibility, driving engagement and conversions, and ensuring that all brand communications are cohesive, data driven and on-brand.

Responsibilities:
Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across all platforms
- Support product launches, collection drops, pop-ups, partnerships, etc.
- Monitor campaign performance and consumer insights to inform future marketing efforts
- Collaborate with the founder to ensure marketing aligns with brand strategy Explore partnerships, PR opportunities, and growth collaborations

Social Media:
- Plan, create, and schedule daily content for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Manage the monthly content calendar and execute campaigns with precision
- Handle and grow online community engagement: DMs, comments, reposts, and brand mentions (except taking orders)
- Develop (shoot and edit) engaging reels, styling content, and storytelling around products and collections
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep the brand current Coordinate influencer campaigns and user-generated content
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-4 years, experience in a similar marketing/social media role (fashion, lifestyle, or beauty preferred)
- Strong video editing skills - must be proficient with CapCut or equivalent tools, especially for Reels, TikTok’s and behind-the-scenes content
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple moving parts
- Hybrid Role, must live on the Island (around Chevron environs)
