About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead the online launch and growth of our new platform. This role will be responsible for developing and executing an impactful social media rollout strategy that builds anticipation, drives engagement, and maximizes adoption. You will work closely with our creative, design, and product teams to ensure our social media presence effectively communicates our brand vision and attracts our target audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for the platform’s pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases.
- Identify target audience segments and select the most effective social platforms for engagement and conversions.
- Plan and manage a content calendar including posts, stories, reels, videos, and paid ads.
- Collaborate with designers, motion graphic artists, and video editors to produce visually engaging content.
- Manage paid social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and collaborations to expand reach.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to leverage timely opportunities.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions) and optimize strategies in real-time.
- Engage with the online community — responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions to foster loyalty.
- Prepare detailed campaign performance reports for internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large-scale social media campaigns and platform rollouts.
- Strong knowledge of platform-specific best practices (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads for video).
- Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
- Ability to create or direct the creation of high-impact content that resonates with audiences.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn analytics into actionable insights.
- Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in influencer marketing and partnership campaigns.
- Knowledge of growth marketing techniques such as A/B testing, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills for quick-turn content.
