Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging, relevant, and visually appealing content (text, image, and video)
- Plan and execute content calendars and posting schedules
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using insights and analytics
- Run paid social media ads and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage community interactions
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices Collaborate with design, sales, and marketing teams to align digital efforts with business goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or relevant experience)
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a social media or digital marketing role
- Proven track record of managing and growing brand presence on social media
- Strong content creation skills (graphic design, short-form video, captions, etc.)
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and analytics platforms
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once
