As we expand rapidly, we are seeking a social media powerhouse who is not only a content creator but a results-driven influencer capable of converting visibility into sales.
Position Overview
We are hiring a Social Media Manager with influencer reach and a proven track record of driving sales. This is a performance-focused role where your influence, content strategy, and collaboration with other influencers will directly fuel Bill Station’s user growth and revenue.
We expect to see measurable results in traffic and conversions within 15 days of onboarding. This role is ideal for someone with strong personal followership, excellent content skills, and a passion for growth marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Use your personal social media platform(s) to promote Bill Station daily or weekly
- Drive measurable signups and transactions within the first 15 days of hire
- Create high-performing short-form content: reels, challenges, tutorials, skits, live sessions, etc.
- Collaborate with other brand influencers and creators to expand reach and engagement
- Track and report analytics weekly to monitor performance, conversions, and ROI
- Identify platform trends, viral hooks, and content gaps to keep Bill Station ahead of the curve Coordinate with the internal marketing team on campaign messaging and promotions

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 25,000 active follower s across your personal social accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.)
- Proven experience as a social media strategist or influencer with results
- Must have case studies or proof of driving conversions/sales through content
- Strong video and storytelling skills (especially short-form)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to build partnerships and collaborate with other digital creators
- Familiarity with Nigerian and African fintech or mobile payments is a plus
- Must be able to generate sales/leads within 15 days of onboarding

- Base Salary: Competitive
