Job Overview

We are seeking a confident, energetic and self-driven Junior Marketing Associate to support our marketing and outreach efforts by promoting our smart metering solutions across residential estates, apartment buildings, shopping complexes and commercial hubs in Lagos and its environments. This role involves direct field engagement, promoting our products to estate managers, facility operators and commercial property owners, and building relationships that drive sales and installations. The role is ideal for an individual who is comfortable establishing connections, making sales and engaging with members of the public.

Responsibilities

1. Visit residential estates, high-rise apartment buildings, gated communities, shopping complexes and commercial hubs to promote smart metering solutions.

2. Educate potential clients on the features, benefits and cost-saving opportunities of our products.

3. Distribute marketing materials, collect leads, and schedule product demonstrations.

4. Liaise with internal sales and installation teams to coordinate follow-ups.

5. Maintain records of field activity, feedback and prospects using tracking tools.

6. Represent the brand professionally and build awareness across assigned territories

Qualifications

1. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field.

2. Two (2) years in steady employment (entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply)

3. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales, real estate, construction, metering or related fields.

Skills and Experience

1. Confidence in approaching new people and presenting technical products in a simple manner.

2. Familiarity with Lagos geography (particularly on the Lekki-Ajah Axis) and a willingness to work on the field daily.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong interpersonal skills, extroverted, pleasant and a high degree of professionalism honesty and integrity.

5. Ability to work independently and meet targets.

6. Previous marketing or field sales experience is an advantage.

7. Working knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook) is an added advantage.
