Job Description
As the Marketing/Business Development Officer, you will play a key role in promoting our products, expanding our customer base, and driving strategic partnerships. You’ll work across multiple brands within the Lextech Ecosystem to increase visibility, generate leads, and support growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and clients
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on digital platforms and social media
- Coordinate campaigns, including content creation, email marketing, and online ads
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends and customer needs
- Track and report performance metrics, providing insight to guide future campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, legal, etc.) to align messaging and sales goals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 3-7 years’ experience in marketing, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems
- A creative thinker with excellent writing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in a legal tech, SaaS, or startup environment
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and email automation tools
- Strong graphic design or content creation skills
