As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team with day-to-day HR operations. You will help manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration, ensuring smooth processes that empower the talented workforce to thrive in a fast-paced fashion environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to ensure a positive and efficient new hire experience.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and confidential files in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support HR initiatives related to performance management, employee engagement, and retention.
- Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Collaborate with managers and team leaders to support workforce planning and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations specific to the fashion retail industry.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics as requested by management.
Qualifications:
- 4 - 5 years experience in an HR role, ideally within retail, fashion, or a fast-paced consumer goods environment.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in HR software (e.g., HRIS systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Passion for fashion and understanding of the industry culture is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to multitask efficiently.
