As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee our HR functions and enhance our people management strategies.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
• Design and implement training and career development programs.
• Supervise payroll processing, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Drive workplace culture, employee engagement, and performance management.
Maintain accurate HR records and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably in multi-sector organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
