Job Position: Human Resource Manager
Job Location: Oregun, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Hiring: Attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent to fill job openings.
- Employee Onboarding: Ensuring a smooth transition for new hires, including paperwork, training, and orientation.
- Performance Management: Managing employee performance, including evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
- Benefits and Compensation: Administering employee benefits, compensation, and rewards programs.
- Employee Relations: Fostering positive employee relations, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Training and Development: Providing training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
