Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of Spirit-led and competent talents
- Maintain updated HR records, staff files, and employment documentation
- Coordinate training and development programs aligned with Kingdom principles
- Facilitate performance management and staff welfare initiatives
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and labour regulations
- Promote a faith-based, excellence-driven workplace culture Provide counsel and conflict resolution guided by the Word of God
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2–4 years HR experience (preferably in ministry or mission-driven organisations)
- Must be a committed Christian and active member of a Loveworld Ministry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR management
