Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the integrity of the company’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS), employee database, and all internal HR records.
- Carry out recruitment processes such as CV collation, pre-screening interview, candidate invitations to interview, and other recruitment actions.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Coordinate training and development programs approved by the HR Manager.
- Ensure regulatory compliance through up-to-date checklists and permissions.
- Manage the HR team calendars and assist with travel and accommodation arrangements. Oversee procurement and inventory of office supplies and ensure availability through vendor coordination.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience is required
- BSc. Degree in Human resource, social sciences or a relevant course of study
