Compensation & Workforce Optimization: Manage payroll and benefits while balancing cost effectiveness with employee satisfaction.
Policy & Compliance: Ensure policies meet local/global standards while remaining agile for fintech realities.
Learning & Leadership Development: Equip managers and teams with the tools to lead, adapt, and succeed in dynamic markets.
HR Analytics: Use data and insights to influence leadership decisions and improve workforce outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in fintech, technology, or other fast-moving industries.
Strong business partnering skills, comfortable advising executives and influencing decisions.
Proven experience in scaling HR processes and teams in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.
Familiarity with HR tech tools/HRIS and data-driven people strategies.
Professional certifications (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD, HRCI) are an advantage, but practical results matter most.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and adaptability in fast-changing environments.
