Key Responsibilities
Develop and align HR strategies and policies with company objectives
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management frameworks
Oversee performance appraisals, OKRs, and career development planning
Manage vendor relationships, logistics, and general administrative functions
Drive employee engagement, culture transformation, and regulatory compliance
Use HR data to support business decisions and improve workforce planning

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (SPHRi or Master's is a plus)
5–7 years of HR/Admin experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
Proven experience in change management, employee engagement, and compliance
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and team leadership skills
Comfortable working onsite in Gbagada, Lagos
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦1,000,000.00 per month
