HR & Admin Executive to oversee and coordinate all human resources and administrative operations. Responsible for implementing HR strategies, supporting employee engagement, handling recruitment, and ensuring efficient office administration. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding
- Maintain HR records, contracts, and confidential files in compliance with company policies
- Coordinate performance management and employee appraisal processes
- Manage payroll, leave administration, and statutory compliance (e.g., pension, tax, NHF)
- Handle office administration including procurement, logistics, and facility management
- Organize staff training, development programs, and team-building activities
- Resolve employee concerns and ensure workplace harmony
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR practices
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives Act as the liaison between employees and management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
- Minimum of 2-4 years experience in a similar HR/Admin role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Hands-on experience with HR software and Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Discretion, ethics, and trustworthiness in handling confidential information
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) are an added advantage
