We are hiring an experienced HR & Administration Manager with a proven track record of at least 7-10 years. This individual will lead the HR and Admin functions, shaping policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring smooth administrative operations within the company.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Supervise administrative operations, including office management, vendor relations, and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations. Support leadership in strategic decision-making regarding workforce planning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (master’s degree is an advantage).
- At least 7-10 years’ HR & Admin management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) are an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
