Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced HR & Administration Manager with a proven track record of at least 7-10 years. This individual will lead the HR and Admin functions, shaping policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring smooth administrative operations within the company.

  • Experience Level : Senior level
  • Experience Length : 7 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies.
  • Handle employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Supervise administrative operations, including office management, vendor relations, and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations.
  • Support leadership in strategic decision-making regarding workforce planning.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (master’s degree is an advantage).
  • At least 7-10 years’ HR & Admin management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) are an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
