Position: Head of Sales

We're a leading real estate company, searching for an exceptional Head of Sales to drive our growth and lead our high-performing sales team.
In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, expanding our market reach, and consistently exceeding targets. You'll inspire, mentor, and empower your team to achieve their full potential, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
2. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of experienced sales professionals, providing coaching and performance feedback.
3. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, expanding our client base and market share.
4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
5. Collaborate closely with marketing, development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
6. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
7. Negotiate and close high-value deals, maintaining strong client relationships.

1. Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role within the real estate industry.
2. Demonstrable experience in developing and executing effective sales strategies that drive significant growth.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
4. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Deep understanding of the real estate market, including current trends and regulatory landscapes.
6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
