ELITE, RESULTS-DRIVEN ROLE - TARGET: 150+ SCHOOLS MONTHLY

ExcelMind seeks an exceptional sales leader for Nigeria's education market. This AGGRESSIVE, performance-driven position demands unwavering commitment to onboarding 150+ schools monthly with ZERO tolerance for missed targets.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7-10 years sales experience, 5+ in leadership
  • Proven track record with Nigerian secondary schools
  • Established network in education sector
  • History of 150%+ target achievement

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead comprehensive sales strategies for Nigerian market
  • Manage high-performing sales teams across regions
  • Build partnerships with educational stakeholders
  • Oversee entire sales cycle and customer acquisition

NON-NEGOTIABLE PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:

  • 150+ schools monthly (MANDATORY MINIMUM)
  • 80%+ pipeline conversion rates
  • 95%+ customer retention
  • Team accountability for individual targets

COMPENSATION: Base salary + escalating performance bonuses. Top performers earn significantly more through aggressive bonus structure.
