Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and performance-driven Acquisition Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to lead user acquisition, demand generation, and conversion initiatives across paid and organic digital channels. This role will be instrumental in accelerating user growth, optimizing lead pipelines, and driving measurable business outcomes through data-informed decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display networks, SEO, and content partnerships.
- Design and implement lead generation strategies aligned with target personas, customer journeys, and marketing funnel stages.
- Own and optimize the customer acquisition funnel—from initial traffic generation to lead conversion and handoff to sales.
- Perform ongoing A/B and multivariate testing on landing pages, ad creatives, CTAs, and targeting strategies to improve conversion rates and reduce cost-per-lead (CPL).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, CAC, etc.) using platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, and Hotjar.
- Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure alignment between acquisition campaigns and downstream lead quality.
- Conduct competitor and audience research to uncover insights and opportunities for differentiation.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring spend efficiency while scaling growth-oriented initiatives.
- Prepare detailed performance reports, dashboards, and insights to inform leadership decisions and refine strategy. Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to maintain competitive edge and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, or digital growth roles.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and at least one additional channel (LinkedIn Ads, programmatic, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices, user behavior tools (e.g., Hotjar, Crazy Egg), and funnel testing frameworks.
- Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools, including Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, UTM tagging, and campaign attribution models.
- Experience working with marketing automation or CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp) to track leads and campaign outcomes.
- Solid grasp of funnel metrics and KPI modeling across B2B or B2C marketing environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for campaign documentation and cross-team coordination.
