KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- 7-10 years sales experience, 5+ in leadership
- Proven track record with Nigerian secondary schools
- Established network in education sector
- History of 150%+ target achievement
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead comprehensive sales strategies for Nigerian market
- Manage high-performing sales teams across regions
- Build partnerships with educational stakeholders
- Oversee entire sales cycle and customer acquisition
NON-NEGOTIABLE PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:
- 150+ schools monthly (MANDATORY MINIMUM)
- 80%+ pipeline conversion rates
- 95%+ customer retention
- Team accountability for individual targets
