Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Operations Manager to lead and oversee the daily operational activities of our real estate business. This role requires a strong background in project execution, cross-functional leadership, process optimization, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence across departments while aligning business goals with efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
- Oversee daily operations across sales, facility management, project delivery, customer service, and administration.
- Develop and implement operational policies, systems, and procedures to drive efficiency and service excellence.
- Monitor performance metrics, ensure departmental targets are met, and identify areas for improvement.
Project & Property Oversight
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of real estate projects within timeline and budget.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality and compliance.
Strategic Planning
- Work closely with executive leadership to define business goals and translate them into operational plans.
- Analyze market trends, operational risks, and business data to support informed decision-making.
People & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and mentor department heads and cross-functional teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Ensure a high standard of customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies when required.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Proactively identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Estate Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA is an added advantage).
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably in real estate, or property development.
- Proven ability to lead and scale operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management and financial acumen.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in business tools (Microsoft Office Suite, ERP, CRM software).
