Salary: 300,000-500,000

Job Summary

The Head of Accounts will lead and oversee all accounting, financial management and its administrative function.

Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Financial Management
• Manage client invoicing and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Prepare debt recovery schedules and perform account reconciliations regularly.
• Post daily accounting transactions and ensure electronic data backup.
• Assist in preparing and consolidating annual financial reports and balance sheets.
• Analyze expenditures against budgets; investigate monthly and annual financial accounts.
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and vendor payments.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist during audits.
• Develop and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Implement and manage accounting software and internal controls.

• Strong financial expertise with proficiency in accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Leadership skills with capability to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional activities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skill
• High integrity, confidentiality, and keen attention to detail.
• Customer-focused with strong client relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of Tax laws and its regulations is an advantage.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional accounting certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 5 years and above of relevant experience in accounting and administration, preferably in Finance or related sectors.
• Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
