Insight7 is the easiest way to analyze interviews at scale and we are looking for a highly skilled Growth Marketer to join our dynamic team. As a Growth Marketer, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our customer base through data-driven and creative strategies.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Develop and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and conversion.
- Analyze and optimize performance metrics, such as conversion rates, user engagement, and customer lifetime value, to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify key trends and opportunities in the customer intelligence and product teams space.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, influencer marketing and paid advertising, to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design, to develop and execute marketing initiatives aligned with product roadmap and business goals.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field.
- Strong problem-solving and creative abilities.
- Strong data and analytical abilities.
- Experience with marketing at a startup is a plus.
- Experience with digital marketing and tools is a plus.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
