Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality benchmarks, and safety requirements.
• Interpret engineering drawings and technical documents to guide construction processes.
• Manage on-site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Implement and enforce quality control procedures, conducting inspections and ensuring corrective actions where necessary.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports for submission to management.
• Monitor construction schedules and ensure project milestones are achieved within deadlines.
  
• Ensure compliance with infrastructure and industry standards, as well as health and safety regulations.
• Utilize project management and engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Project) to support planning, monitoring, and reporting activities.
Foster effective communication with stakeholders to address project-related issues and ensure smooth execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of professional experience in site engineering, preferably in infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality assurance, and health and safety standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant engineering software.
• Demonstrated skills in resource management, site supervision, and project reporting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to resolve on-site challenges effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
