Job summary:
We require an experienced candidate with a strong work ethic who is experienced in using hand and electric tools to assemble furniture. He must have good communication & presentation skills and must be able to follow instructions from Lead to ensure proper installation.
Responsibilities:
- Assembly, disassembly, reassembly, and delivery/installation, of office and homes furniture systems.
- Perform installations as scheduled and directed.
- Operate various hand and power tools following safety guidelines.
- Load and unload materials and tools.
- Test equipment and machinery to ensure proper functionality.
- Manages difficult or emotional customer situations, responds promptly to customer needs; solicit customer feedback to improve service, respond to requests for services and assistance.
- Problem solving/troubleshooting/decision making.
- Inspects furniture for proper operability per manufacturer’s instructions.
- Ensure that each job is executed professionally, comprehensively, and completely.
- Work with client and staff to ensure that client’s needs are met.
- Doing whatever it takes to get the job done in a safe and reasonable fashion.
