Sales /Customer Growth Manager – Urban Crescent Furniture LTD
Location: On-site (Lekki, Lagos)
Reports to: General Manager
Salary: ₦300,000 Basic monthly + Commission
Benefits: HMO, Transport Allowance, Feeding Allowance
The Role
Urban Crescent is seeking a Customer Growth Team Lead to oversee and elevate our client communication and conversion process.
This is a high-accountability role focused on:
- Ensuring every inquiry is handled with speed and clarity
- Driving follow-up discipline across calls, chats, email, and CRM
- Leading structured outreach to new and returning clients
- Maintaining a high standard of tone, professionalism, and performance across the team
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Sales Execution
- Oversee all client interactions across WhatsApp, DMs, calls, and emails
- Ensure leads are properly followed up, tracked in CRM, and moved through each stage
- Drive outbound communication to new prospects and past clients
- Review and manage all formal communications
- Submit weekly performance summaries (leads, follow-ups, sales closed, CRM health)
- Maintain Urban Crescent’s brand tone in all client-facing channels
- Approve and standardize scripts for WhatsApp, email, and calls
- Resolve escalated client matters swiftly and professionally
- Monitor daily activity across the team: response times, outbound efforts, CRM entries
- Set clear KPIs and track delivery
- Implement improvements to increase conversion and repeat business
- 5+ years in client service, inside sales, or CRM-based team leadership
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM (or equivalent)
- Strong command of written and verbal communication (email, chat, calls)
- Clear thinking, structured workflow, and high personal accountability
- Comfortable working in a high-touch, detail sensitive sales environment
- ₦300,000/month + commission tied to performance
