DexStitches, Nigeria’s go-to fashion and lifestyle brand for intentional style and top African designers, is on the lookout for a smart, fast, and people-first Customer Support & Success Representative to join our growing remote team.
This is more than a typical support role, it’s about being the human voice behind a fashion-forward digital brand, making every customer feel seen, heard, and excited to shop again.
What You’ll Be Responsible ForBe the first point of contact for customer enquiries across all our digital platforms (website chat, Whatsapp, email, social media).
- Respond to all enquiries within 10 seconds — with warmth, clarity, and the right solution.
- Follow up with past customers and prospects to encourage repeat orders and satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements for the shopping experience.
- Write helpful articles, FAQs, and how-to guides that simplify the DexStitches journey.
- Represent the voice and tone of DexStitches — stylish, clear, and thoughtful.
✅ Who We’re Looking ForExcellent spoken and written English skills
- Great listener and fast thinker with genuine empathy for people
- Able to multitask and type fast without compromising on accuracy
- Some experience or interest in fashion, ecommerce, or customer service
- Able to write simple, helpful DIY content (FAQs, style tips, how-to guides)
- Must be fully available during work hours (Mon–Fri | 9:30am - 5:30pm) — no other active engagements or distractions
- Self-driven, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a remote, digital-first team
Minimum Qualifications
- HND, BSc or equivalent (Mass Communication, English, Marketing, or related field preferred)
- Ability to write articles that helps customers
- Previous customer-facing role experience is a strong advantage
- Writing skills is also a strong advantage
- Performance-based bonuses (e.g., for closing sales via support or bringing back inactive customers)
- Verified for article writing assessment
Renumeration
- 65,000 monthly
- 5% bonus on every old shoppers follow ups leading to new purchases
- Salary review after 4 months, based on performance and KPIs
