Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our support team. As the first point of contact for many of our merchants and delivery customers, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience with our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media channels.
- Resolve complaints efficiently and professionally while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Provide accurate information about orders, delivery status, platform usage, and general policies.
- Follow up on customer issues to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
- Document interactions and maintain up-to-date records on support platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and escalate issues where necessary. Assist in onboarding new sellers and answering frequently asked questions.

Requirements
- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role (experience in e-commerce/logistics is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and general digital tools. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple conversations, and meet deadlines.
