Hero of Knowledge School is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for parents, students, visitors, and staff, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome parents, students, and visitors in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls efficiently.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the school.
Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and record-keeping.
Receive and distribute mail and packages.
Support school management in scheduling and communication.
Ensure confidentiality of school records and student information.
Requirements
Minimum of OND / HND qualification (or equivalent). Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office applications. Ability to operate printers, photocopiers, and other office equipment. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Friendly, approachable, and professional appearance. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good time management and problem-solving skills.
