Position Brief: We require an experienced candidate who knows about IT products, sales, and services and can attend to daily sales transactions. He/She should be responsible as per under:
Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Handling responsibly & managing sales as per standard.
- Ensuring payments, amount and records are accurate.
- Working with spreadsheets.
- Generating transactions receipts appropriately.
- Attending to customers and educating them about product features to close sales.
- Timely invoice processing and reporting.
- Processing stock requisitions from the warehouse.
- Displaying products and price tagging them appropriately.
- Build, maintain, manage relationships with clients.
- Do regular stock count and respond to variances professionally.
- Understanding requirements of customers and suggest improvement solutions.
- Proper neat record keeping.
- Ensure receipts and proper timely documentation.
- Reporting daily to accountant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Power-point properly and speak, read & write English properly.
- Honest & Hardworking, Energetic & Aggressive.
- Multi-tasking experience with the ability to handle pressure.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Any other work related to the above business.
