Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responding to Customer Inquiries: Answering phone calls, emails, chats, or social media messages from customers. Providing information about products or services. Resolving customer complaints and issues
- Providing Product or Service Information: Offering detailed information about products or services. Explaining features, benefits, and pricing. Making recommendations based on customer needs
- Resolving Customer Complaints: Listening to customer concerns and empathising with their situation. Investigating and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Offering solutions, alternatives, or compromises
- Processing Orders and Returns: Assisting with order placement, cancellations, or modifications. Handling returns, exchanges, or refunds
- Maintaining Customer Records: Updating customer information and records. Tracking customer interactions and feedback
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication. Active listening and empathy
- Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Ability to resolve issues and complaints fairly and promptly. Creative problem-solving and critical thinking
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with products or services. Ability to provide accurate and detailed information
- Patience and Empathy: Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Empathy and understanding for customer concerns and frustrations
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software. Familiarity with ticketing systems, chat platforms, or other customer service tools
