Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Administrative Officer to join our dynamic eye clinic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring smooth clinic operations, excellent patient experiences, and efficient administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
1. Patient Interaction & Front Desk Management
Greet patients warmly, check them in/out, and manage appointments via phone, email, or in-person.
Verify patient information, insurance details, and medical history accurately.
Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and direct them to the appropriate department.
Coordinate with optometrists/ophthalmologists to manage daily schedules and emergencies.
3. Billing & Insurance Processing
Assist with basic medical billing, insurance claims, and payment collection.
Maintain accurate patient financial records and receipts.
4. Administrative Support
Manage clinic inventory (e.g., contact lenses, eyeglass frames).
Maintain patient confidentiality (HIPAA/NDA compliance).
Assist with clinic marketing (e.g., social media updates).
Reporting of Daily and Monthly finances.
