Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Co-Founder at ÒKÒ AI Agritech. The Co-Founder will be responsible for driving the company's strategic vision, overseeing business operations, developing partnerships, and fostering innovation. The role involves making high-level business decisions, managing resources, and building a strong organizational culture. The Co-Founder will also play a key role in fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and scaling the company’s impact across Africa.

We are looking for

• Strong Analytical and Communication Skills plus excellent Research abilities.

Proven expertise in business leadership, agriculture, or technology (AI/ML a plus).

• Financial capability to invest in a promising, ready-to-scale startup.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
• Experience in the agricultural or agri-tech sector is a plus
• Leadership experience and a track record in building and scaling startups
• Passion for technology and social impact
Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Technology, or a related field
