- The Front Desk Administrator is the first point of contact for all clients, visitors, and employees.
- This role is responsible for managing the front office efficiently, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering exceptional customer service while providing administrative support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors professionally and direct them appropriately.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; take messages when necessary.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages).
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers and distribute them promptly.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
- Support onboarding process for new hires by welcoming them and providing orientation materials.
