Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager located in Lagos, Nigeria. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operations of all our hospitality properties, ensuring they are safe, compliant, and well-maintained. Daily tasks include managing staff, scheduling repairs, conducting inspections, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Facilities Manager will also be responsible for budget management and implementing cost-saving measures.
Qualifications
- Experience in Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, and Operations
- Knowledge of Safety Regulations and Compliance
- Skills in Staff Management and Coordination
- Ability to manage budgets and implement cost-saving measures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
