Position: HR/Admin Officer
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos State (On-site)

Job Summary
The HR/Admin Officer will be responsible for managing the company’s human resources functions and providing efficient administrative support. This role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and day-to-day administrative operations to ensure a productive and positive workplace environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR):
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment: job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data confidentiality.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate training, learning, and development programs.
- Manage performance appraisals and support managers in staff evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Administration:
- Oversee office management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage office supplies, assets, and facilities.
- Handle correspondence, filing, and documentation.
- Support logistics, travel arrangements, and event coordination.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor administrative expenses.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and regulatory agencies.
- Ensure health, safety, and security policies are implemented.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in HR and Administration.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and office management.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
