About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for staff and visitors. This includes supervising cleaners, managing maintenance tasks, and coordinating with vendors and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee facility operations and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Supervise and schedule cleaners to maintain high hygiene standards
- Conduct regular inspections and follow up on maintenance issues of furniture, generator, vehicles etc
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and maintenance materials
- Liaise with external contractors for repairs and maintenance
- Prepare reports on facility conditions and improvement plans
- Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies or concerns
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Facility Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Knowledge of basic repairs and facility equipment
- Familiarity with health and safety standards
- High school diploma; additional certification is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
