Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce Sales Associate located in Alasia. The E-Commerce Sales Associate is responsible for managing online sales platforms, ensuring accuracy of product listings, handling customer inquiries and processing orders. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with the warehouse team for dispatch, analyzing sales data, and developing strategies to boost online sales. Additionally, the E-Commerce Sales Associate will collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and optimize the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle our social media accounts, follow up on sales and orders, respond to enquiries, and maintain active engagement with customers.
- Process and fulfil online orders from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, our website, and company email in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitor and update prices on our website or report changes where needed.
- Assist customers via email, webchat, and phone, ensuring professional and helpful responses. Process online returns and refunds, check stock levels, and conduct daily stock control reports.
Requirements
- Up to 1 year of experience in retail or a customer-facing role (essential).
- Strong customer service and communication skills for handling customer inquiries
- Data analysis skills and ability to develop sales strategies
- Collaboration skills for working with marketing and warehouse teams
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Previous experience in the e-commerce or retail industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
