About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead online sales, optimize operations, and drive growth. You’ll oversee strategy, marketing, and fulfillment while working cross-functionally to hit revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth toward 100K+ sales target by optimizing conversions, AOV, and CAC.
Lead digital campaigns (email, ads, SEO) with marketing & product teams.
Analyze sales data to refine pricing, promotions, and inventory strategies.
Manage product launches and ensure smooth operations with fulfillment teams.
Report to leadership on performance and growth opportunities.
Requirements
3–5 years in e-commerce/digital sales (Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo).
Strong analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
Hybrid work model (remote + Lagos office).
