Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies tailored to business goals.
- Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns to resonate with their needs and preferences.
Plan and manage content calendars for various digital platforms. -
Content Development & Management:
- Create compelling, brand-aligned content (text, graphics, videos) for websites, blogs, social media, and email marketing.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals and promotional materials.
Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and branding across all digital channels. -
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
- Plan and execute creative campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and community building.
Respond to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner. -
Paid Advertising & Campaign Optimization:
- Set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Conduct A/B testing to improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI. -
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze KPIs, including reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) to monitor trends and optimize strategies. -
Trend Monitoring & Innovation:
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and digital marketing trends.
Experiment with innovative tactics to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, Meta Business
- Suite, Google Ads, and email automation tools).
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively.
