Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Planning
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Plan, launch, and manage digital campaigns across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Define campaign goals, messaging, timelines, and success metrics tailored to specific audience segments.
Content Creation & Management
- Create compelling digital content including graphics, video clips, motion stories, carousels, and reels for campaigns and organic engagement.
- Write, edit, and optimize content for social media, website, blogs, and email marketing. Use tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or InShot to develop, repurpose, and edit visual content.
Campaign Execution & Project Management
- Coordinate digital campaigns end-to-end, including content calendars, production timelines, asset delivery, and stakeholder reviews. Use project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion) to track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze performance across platforms using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and platform-specific dashboards. Deliver regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Website & App Marketing Support
- Support landing page optimization, SEO implementation, and in-app messaging strategies. Collaborate with design and development teams on content updates, UX improvements, and promotional rollouts.
Brand Voice & Community Engagement
- Manage brand tone and consistency across all digital touchpoints. Engage online communities, respond to inquiries, and drive user interaction and advocacy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience—preferably in startups, apps, or service-based platforms.
- Proven ability to create and edit content across formats (text, image, video) for diverse platforms.
- Experience running high-performing campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X , and others.
- Skilled in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, and email platforms (Mailchimp, Brevo, etc.).
- Strong project management and organizational skills. Analytical mindset with strong reporting capabilities.
Work Schedule & Environment
- Hybrid Model: 3 days on-site in Lagos (Monday–Wednesday preferred), 2 days remote.
