Customer Technical Support (Remote)

Are you passionate about customer service and tech support? We’re looking for a Customer Technical Support Representative to join our growing team at Alpha-CX. This is an onsite role for someone who is tech-savvy, confident in handling customer interactions, and ready to grow in a fast paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
*Provide technical support to customers via email, chat, or phone
*Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues, including security camera systems
*Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer journey
*Follow company policies to ensure smooth and high-quality service delivery
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
✅ Previous Technical Support experience (mandatory)
✅ Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Familiarity with technology and customer service tools
✅ Experience with security cameras is preferred.
