Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Engineer - M365 located in Lagos. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting Microsoft 365-related issues. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical incidents, enhancing the customer experience through effective interaction and problem resolution, and maintaining detailed records of support activities within the designated ticketing system.
