Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals' hospital clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their satisfaction. This role is crucial in building strong client relationships, resolving inquiries, and contributing to the overall positive experience of partnering with Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information about Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals' products, services, and payment models.
- Assist hospitals with order placement, tracking, and delivery inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with the Supply and Logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Gather customer feedback and identify areas for service improvement.
- Educate customers on the benefits of Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals' technology platform and flexible payment terms.
- Proactively communicate with clients regarding any service disruptions or important updates.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the company's commitment to customer excellence.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (3 years) in a customer service role, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide patient and clear explanations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
