Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond to user inquiries via email, chat, and social media, providing timely and professional support.
- Assist creators and fans with account issues, content uploads, monetisation tools, and subscription management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, billing concerns, and payout-related questions.
- Educate users on platform features and guide creators in maximising their earnings and engagement. Gather user feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and product features.
Requirements:
- Minimum Education: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English
- Customer Service Skills: Patience, empathy, and problem-solving ability
- Tech Proficiency: Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM tools, chat, or email platforms
- Experience: 1–2 years in customer service, sales, or support roles (preferred)
- Adaptability: Ability to handle complaints, multitask, and work under pressure
- Location: Candidate must reside close to Victoria Island
