Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Assist clients with product information, order placement, and tracking.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the brand’s products and services.
- Track customer feedback and communicate insights to the team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Support promotional campaigns by engaging customers through social platforms. Follow up on orders, complaints, and resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
